One of Australias most watched television series, THE BLOCK returned to Melbourne this season and Lighting & Electrical Distributors had the pleasure of working with NSW couple Madi and Jarrod.
Runners up in this year’s series Madi and Jarrod invited Lighting & Electrical to provide lighting solutions for their level four apartment and the resulting collaboration provided lighting solutions that got the judges talking.

The Foyer provided a number of challenges for the couple but the lighting was not one of those, using the Efficient Lighting Systems LED SYSTEMKANAL in the recess above the mirror and in the bulk head, the foyer space met the brief with an evenly illuminated space and also enhanced the texted wall surface.
The SYSTEMKANAL is available as a recessed or surface mounted linear aluminum extruded system in custom manufactured lengths using the latest in LED technology with two diffuser options: – flat and U shaped.
The Efficient Lighting Systems wall mounted up/down LED DYNAMO was also featured in the foyer and living room providing a focal point to room walls.
Lighting & Electrical complemented the rooftop design with the LIGMAN linear above the BBQ area and the SPITTLER recessed gimbals to illuminate the rooftop foyer green wall.
